Mariah Carey Not Pleased About Nicki Minaj Joining “American Idol”

Diva Mariah Carey is reportedly pissed after hearing rapper Nicki Minaj may be joining the “American Idol” judging panel.

Mariah, 42, was led to believe she would be the only woman on the judge‘s panel.

Insiders claim Mariah wouldn’t want the bootylicious rapper, 29, around because she’s so much younger.

Carey, who signed her contract with the show in July, was so angry that she hung up on the show’s producers when they told her the news.

A few names in the running to join “American Idol” on the judge’s panel include Kanye West, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, and Enrique Iglesias.

Mariah hasn’t publicly commented on other possible judges for the show (or her displeasure of Nicki Minaj joining), but she did tweet a photo with rocker Lenny Kravitz on the set of their new movie “The Butler”, tweeting, “@AmericanIdol What’s going on? need the info!! What about this combo? : ) if we could ever get him to do it!.”
