Jessica Simpson Reveals Baby Maxwell's Godmom!

Jessica Simpson might be gearing up to be a beautiful bride, but In Touch has learned that the wedding isn’t the only big event in Jess’ life.

The new mom is also planning daughter Maxi’s baptism! An insider tells the new issue of In Touch exclusively that she’s chosen longtime pal CaCee Cobb to be the baby's godmother!

"CaCee and Jessica have been through so much together and Jessica loves her so much, it only made sense that she would ask her to be godmother,” the insider tells In Touch.

According to the insider, Jessica is torn between having the baptism in her Beverly Hills home or in her hometown of Waco, Texas, where most of her extended family lives.

“Motherhood is the best thing I ever experienced,” Jessica recently tweeted. “She and Eric are happier than they’ve ever been,” the insider shares.
