Mob Wives Star Karen Gravano's New Role? Esthetician At A NYC Medical Spa!

Reality star Karen Gravano, daughter of notorious mobster Salvatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano, has traded in a life of crime for a legitimate gig.

In Touch can exclusively reveal that Karen is now an esthetician, assisting Dr. Michael Fiorillo at Luminique MedSpa in New York.

"I am really interested in skin care," she tells In Touch of her new job. "I actually used to have my own day spa in Arizona, and I wanted to get back involved."

Luckily, her new role won't interfere with her time on the small screen. Confesses Karen: "I am in for the long haul!"
