Ashley Tisdale Heads To Breakfast In A Pair Of Thigh-High Boots

‘Phineas & Ferb‘ star Ashley Tisdale showed off her lean legs in a pair of brown thigh-high, open-toed, lace-up boots this morning. She paired the boots with a pair of navy leggings, a t-shirt and a gray knit hat.

The actress was heading to breakfast with a friend in Studio City.
