2012 MTV VMAs: Red Carpet Live Stream!

Sure to be quite the spectacle, the stars have started making their way to the Staples Center in Los Angeles for the annual MTV Video Music Awards.

Held on Thursday evening (September 6), the annual musical showcase finds Demi Lovato performing during the pre-show festivities while Kevin Hart will kick things off at 9/8c as host of the ceremony.

Along with Miss Lovato's pre-show efforts, other acts set to take the stage during this year's VMAs include Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Green Day, Rihanna, P!nk, and Frank Ocean.

Meanwhile, big names including Miley Cyrus, Mac Miller, Ke$ha and the Gold medal winning U.S. gymnastics team (also known as the Fierce Five) are all slated to turn up to join in on the festivities by dishing out MoonMen to the lucky winning artists.
